With the aim of inviting the general public in to discover the work of Federico García Lorca in a different way, the Ametller Origen café-restaurant in CASA SEAT is adding a sweet concoction to its menu created by the renowned Christian Escribà, drawing inspiration from the poem ‘Agosto’ (August) by the Granada-born poet.
The chef created this dessert exclusively for this space: a financier in which peach and almond are the stand-out flavours, accompanied by Lorca’s poetry printed on a slab of white chocolate.
